At Citadoc, we care about the patients; which makes us committed to protecting your privacy and ensures that we take extra care when it comes to your personal information.Our Privacy Policy lists how we use data collected through our websites, mobile applications and all material distributed and collected by Citadoc, either directly or indirectly (the “Services”). Our Privacy Policy does not apply to any website or service accessed, either directly or indirectly, through our Services but related to a third party or to any of our business partners. Information on the Privacy Policy of third parties and/ or business partners can be obtained from the relevant party directly.

By using the Services, you agree to all clauses mentioned in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and accept the collection, use and distribution of all information, as mentioned in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of the terms mentioned in this Privacy Policy and in our Terms of Use, you cannot use the Services. Some of the Services require us to collect certain information so that we can provide you with services that you actually need. Personal information collected by our Services includes, but is not limited to:

When using our Services to make a payment, either to us directly or to any of our business partners, your payment card information and all other information related to the payment (including but not limited to your billing address) is collected and processed by our payment processing partners.

The use and storage of your billing, collection and payment information by our business partners is subject to their Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. The information we store is limited to the transaction details (amount paid, service purchased, type of card used, last 4 digits of your card, billing address, etc.). Detailed information of your payment card will not be stored on our servers.

e) Contact you with health-related information using our newsletter, Wellness Reminders, blogs, etc.

g) Contact you with advertisements and marketing information, related to our Services, the healthcare sector and/ or healthcare service providers (including doctors, insurance companies, medical laboratories, pharmacies, etc.), as well as other advertisements that we may think may be of interest to you

h) Provide healthcare practitioners (including doctors and nutritionists) via our system with your name, gender, telephone number, email address, insurance provider, reason for visit and appointment time

i) Provide healthcare practitioners (including doctors and nutritionists) with your medical history, based on your request to share certain documents with specific healthcare providers

j) Share your information with third-party service providers hired by us to facilitate our operations (including but not limited to payment gateways, traffic analysis websites, SMS gateways, email gateways, etc.)

k) Adhere to legal requirements

5. Public information

Rating information that you provide when reviewing a doctor and/ or all information that you provide as comments, posts and/ or discussions in our blogs section of  the Services will appear to  and may be used by the public and are not intended to private in any way. We are unable to control how others may use this information, so we recommend that you do not disclose any personal information in ‘public areas’ on our website.

6. Storage and security of information

We know that the privacy of your personal information is important to you, we therefore make all reasonable efforts to protect it. We protect all information on our website via SSL technology, which allows for secure connections from a web server to a browser. We store and process your information on servers located in Europe and/ or Americas and regularly maintain backups.

Although we put reasonable efforts to protect your information; we do not, and we cannot, guarantee the security of your information.

7. Controlling the privacy of your personal information

If you believe your personal information have been compromised or if you wish to close down your account, you must contact us directly at info@Citadoc.com. We will delete your account stored on our website as soon as reasonably possible. Some information may be retained for legal purposes.

8. Updates and changes to privacy policy

We will notify you with any material changes to our Privacy Policy by posting notice on this page (for a continued period of at least one month post-change of the Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the changes and of the amended Privacy Policy. We recommend that you regularly review this page for updates on our Privacy Policy. Any amendments on our Privacy Policy supersede all previous Privacy Policies posted on any of our Services. If you do not  agree to the amendments in the Privacy Policy, you should cease use of the Services and contact us at info@Citadoc.com to close your account.
